Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes, we deliver to the entire high
desert. The delivery/pick up fee is based on the delivery
zip code. After-Hours Delivery/Pick Up is available to
customers at an additional charge. This service is designed
to accommodate any deliveries/pick ups that cannot be
scheduled during normal hours of operation. Time Important
Deliveries/Pick Ups are available to customers that require
a specific delivery/pick up time. For an additional charge
Q. Do you do Set-Up?
A. Yes, we provide set up and strike
services for tables, chairs, and linens for an additional
fee. These arrangements must be scheduled prior to the
delivery/pick up.
Q. How far in advance should I begin planning and
reserving rentals?
A. Advance notice generally depends on the size of
the event and the type of items you would like to rent. For
large events such as weddings, we suggest reserving your
rentals as soon as possible; plan on reserving eight months
to one year in advance for the best selection. Smaller
events can be accommodated with much shorter notice.
Regardless of your lead-time, we will work with you to plan
the best event possible.
Q. How will I know what size tent to order?
A. We offer a variety of canopy sizes to
accommodate your needs. Our staff will calculate the canopy
needed, based on the number of guests that will be attending
your event. We also take into consideration the type of
event you are hosting (formal dinner, cocktail party,
lecture...), the furniture you plan to rent (tables, chairs,
bars, dance floor...) and the floor plan for the furniture
set-up.
Q .I’m planning a small intimate dinner party; do
you have a minimum order?
A. No, we are happy to help you plan any size
event. With smaller orders, it is more cost effective to
pick up your rental items yourself, but please allow us to
help you make your dinner party special!
Q. Does the equipment need to be returned clean?
A. All equipment needs to be returned
clean, dry and in the same condition in which you received
it or additional charges may apply. The following exception
to this policy:
Linens:
Please allow the linens to dry before you bag them to return
to us but please do not launder them. Replacement costs for
linens will be charged if they are returned with wax, burns,
or mildew.
